Our bra inserts are designed to provide a natural-looking boost and comfortable fit. Here are the dimensions of our two sizes:

• Medium: 4.3 inches wide, 3.1 inches high, 1 inch thick
• Large: 5.1 inches wide, 4 inches high, 1.2 inches thick

While the chart above provides a general guideline, the best choice for you may also depend on your desired outcome and the style of your bra.

• For a Subtle Enhancement or to Fill Out a Cup: If you are looking for a slight lift or to simply fill any gaping in your bra cup, the Medium insert is an excellent choice for those with A or B cup sizes.
• For a More Noticeable Increase in Volume: If you desire a more significant increase in bust size, consider the Large insert. This is a great option for those with B or C cup sizes who want to achieve a fuller look.
• For Shaping and Fuller Coverage: For those with C cups and larger, the Large insert can help provide a rounded, more defined shape and enhanced cleavage.

Important Considerations:

• Bra Style: The type of bra you plan to wear with the inserts can impact the fit. Full-coverage and t-shirt bras are often more accommodating for inserts than plunge or balconette styles.
• Sister Sizing: If your bra size is not listed, you can use the concept of “sister sizing.” For example, a 32C has a similar cup volume to a 34B and a 30D. If you wear a sister size to one listed, you can use that as a reference point.
