Start With Clean, Dry Skin

Lotion, oil, or sweat on your skin is one of the biggest causes of slipping. Apply your inserts to clean, dry skin before adding any moisturizer or perfume, and give them a moment to settle before getting dressed.

Choose the Right Bra

A snug, well-fitted bra cup holds inserts in place far better than a loose or stretched-out one. If your bra has any give around the cup, your inserts have more room to shift throughout the day.

Center and Press Firmly on Placement

When you first place your inserts, press gently but firmly from the center outward to remove any air pockets, which are a common cause of slow slipping over the course of a day.
